These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Creable creator analytics platform at creable.app (the "Service") operated by Creable ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Creable is a creator analytics platform that connects to your YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram accounts via OAuth to provide cross-platform analytics, series grouping, and AI-powered insights about your content.

The Service is currently in early access / beta. Features, availability, and functionality may change without notice as we continue development.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Create an account using a valid email address
• Be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area)
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account credentials secure

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Platform Connections

The Service connects to third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) through their official APIs using OAuth. By connecting a platform, you:

• Authorize us to access the data described in the OAuth consent screen
• Confirm that you have the right to grant such access
• Understand that you can revoke access at any time through the Service or the platform's settings

We are not responsible for changes to third-party platform APIs, terms, or availability that may affect the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond normal API usage
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to collect data about other creators without their consent

5. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain all ownership rights to your content and data on connected platforms. We do not claim ownership of your videos, posts, comments, or analytics data.

Our service: The Service, including its design, features, code, and generated insights, is owned by Creable and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

AI-generated insights: Insights generated by the Service based on your data are provided for your use. You may use these insights for your own content strategy and business purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Analytics data will be perfectly accurate or complete
• AI-generated insights will be correct or suitable for your needs
• The Service will be compatible with all platforms or devices

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creable shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with reasonable notice when possible.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
